Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Claims must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. Any damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier.

No Returns will be accepted without Rosseto® Return Authorization (RA) number and must be returned to provided address.
Returned items.
· Restocking Fee will be assessed upon inspection of returned items. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.
· 15% Restocking Fee applies if returned UNUSED, WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGE, within 30 days
· 50% Restocking fee applies if returned USED, DAMAGED, and/or WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING, within 30 days.
· After 30 days, 50%restocking fee applies regardless of use/condition. STORE CREDIT ONLY on all returns after 30 days.
· No returns accepted after 60 days.
