All Orders are shipped from Lincolnwood, IL unless otherwise noted

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Damage claims must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. Any damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier.

No Returns/Exchanges will be accepted without Rosseto® Return Authorization (RA) number and must be returned to provided address.

All damaged items will be exchanged with a similar item. If no similar item is available then a refund can be provided at Rosseto's discretion.
